  UPDATE ON DANSK

  it's been a long time since i posted here but i often read your messages when ian (dansk) logs on.

  as most of you will know, ian will be going back into hospital on monday for an allogeneic stem cell transplant and will be away from the forum for a good few weeks (hopefully he'll be back home within 4-6 weeks).

  last time he was in hospital many of you sent messages to his ward and i know they cheered him up immensely.

  Ian, don't let the doctors use those tongue depressers on you. Hospital is bad enough. You don't want a depressed tongue as well.

  after a month + without internet, i am back.

  my antenna was fried by lightning, and it took a month+ to get it fixed.

  i sure missed you all.

  Anything weird you like to eat?

  i was camping this weekend with some friends and around the camp fire the subject came up, "what is something weird you like to eat?

  " i thought it was a fun subject and we all had some laughs over our odd appetites.. some of mine .... i love bologna with american cheese and miracle whip (the only thing i will use miracle whip with).

  i love the taste of straight pickle juice or hot pepper juice.

  oh i remember it's 2000 a.a. (after armageddon).. it's 27 degrees celcius - again.

  Oh how I wish it was the first few years of life in the paradise again. Remember we had to clean up the earth cause those wordly people had messed it up so much. We had to get rid of their stinking bodies, yuk. I never thought it would take so long to clean up. When we finally got the earth beautiful we had to fill it with perfect little babies. That was fun, perfect sex, who knew that the things we were not allowed to do before armageddon was part of perfect foreplay, that was a surprise! Ahh those were the days, but now the earth is full and sex has been disallowed by the GB.

  Heightened Threat Levels in Europe

  the english are feeling the pinch in relation to recent terrorist threats and have raised their security level from 'miffed' to 'peeved.

  ' soon, though, security levels may be raised yet again to 'irritated' or even 'a bit cross.

  ' londoners have not been 'a bit cross' since the blitz in 1940 when tea supplies all but ran out.

  Ostrich meat is very popular here. The meatt is very lean and is red. Texture is a lot like steak. Yum

  Bamboozled.

  one of the saddest lessons of history is this: if we've been bamboozled long enough, we tend to reject any evidence of the bamboozle.

  I faded 9 years ago and still believed all the Craptower lies for another 5 years after leaving. When I finally realised that I had been bamboozled I was very angry but in the end I would rather know so that I can prevent it from happening again than live with the guilt of never doing enough for Jah.

  The elders fail again! No shepherding for this marriage...

  i had an interesting discussion with an elder from a christian church.

  there is a jw lady coming to their elders for marriage counselling because "there is no help for my marriage at the kh".

  the jw elders have failed as shepherds and so now the sheep is seeking a shepherd who really does care and can help!

  you know here lately, my life has had lots of ups and downs.

  this was my first year of not going to district convention, my (step) grandpa developed brain cancer, my dad and most of his family won't speak to me, and my girlfriend and i were having troubles.

  on the other hand, my mom and her side of the family have embraced me, my cousin (that left the borg) and i are closer than ever, my girlfriend is super, my band plays all the time, and i've got a great group of friends.
